Nissi Consult was established and registered as a consulting firm in 1999 in London. It has established strong capacity in terms of expertise and logistics, broad clients’ base and good networks with national and international consulting firms and professionals.

David Edamwen Omoregie (PhD), Director

Dr Omoregie is the founder of Nissi Consult Ltd, based in London. He holds a PhD. degree in Applied Economics awarded by the University of Aberdeen, UK (Aberdeen, 1996). The special focus of his PhD thesis was impact analysis of liberalization and economic policy and mathematical programming techniques. Dr Omoregie also holds M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria (1991 and 1988). He has over 15 years experience in academic research and economic policy analysis and training. His specialization, among others, are economic policy analysis and evaluation, impact assessments, training, information systems, technology and resource-use efficiencies and application of planning and management tools, gender analysis; facilitation of planning, problem-solving, consensus building & stakeholders workshops; developing monitoring systems; conducting evaluations; training and facilitating strategic planning and management processes; backstopping services, etc.

The firm is affiliated to the several universities and research institutes where we also draw experts and skills for projects.
