capacity services are planned, coordinated and implemented
to meet the needs of our clients. We work with you to
carry out gap analysis in order to identify your training
and capacity requirements. Usually, your requirements fall
under one of our existing training and capacity-building
offerings. Where that is not the case, we can design and
mount bespoke training or capacity-building programmes
for you. Your clients are brought to our London Training
Centres or we get our Consultant and Trainers to your
premises to conduct our carefully planned and sequenced
training workshops and modules.
